Job Type: Sales Advisor — New and Used Vehicles Required Experience: Minimum 1 year
Longueuil Nissan, part of Groupe Motion and a trusted reference on the South Shore and in the Montreal area for purchasing a Nissan vehicle, is seeking a Sales Advisor for new and used vehicles to strengthen its high-performing team.
Role Description You will be the ambassador of the customer experience at Longueuil Nissan, guiding each visitor through the buying or leasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will combine product knowledge, active listening, and personalized advice to offer the best Nissan and used vehicle solutions, while ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Nissan new and used vehicles, highlighting features, options, and benefits.
- Manage the sales cycle from A to Z: qualification, test drives, quotes, negotiations, and signing.
- Explain financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Develop and retain a customer base through proactive follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service team and finance department.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Keep up-to-date with Nissan models and market trends, and follow training offered by the manufacturer.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector or customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented and autonomous, while capable of working in a team.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and financing procedures; bilingual French/English would be an asset.
- Valid driver's license, availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
