Job Description

Magog Ford is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join its team dedicated to providing an exceptional Ford customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome customers and assess their needs to offer suitable solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate new and certified used Ford vehicles; organize and conduct test drives.
  • Prepare and present financing, insurance, and accessory proposals; negotiate sales terms in accordance with the dealership's policies.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the dealership's revenue.
  • Manage the sales cycle from A to Z: prospect follow-up via CRM, after-sales follow-up, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with technicians and the service team to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Comply with compliance standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work with targets and manage a pipeline of prospects; proficiency with CRM.
  • Knowledge of Ford products or strong interest in training and continuous learning.
  • Bilingual in French and English (an asset); valid driver's license; availability to work variable hours, including weekends.
