Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and understand their mobility needs.
- Present and compare new Honda vehicles and certified used vehicles, highlighting features, advantages, and suitable financing options.
- Conduct demonstrations, test drives, and personalized financing arrangements in collaboration with the credit team.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales processes and necessary documentation, adhere to procedures, and ensure effective follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and availability for flexible hours.
