Maserati Montreal, a leading dealership serving the Montreal area and located in Mont-Royal, is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join its dynamic team.
Position Description As a Sales Advisor, you will be the primary contact for clients, guiding their luxury and high-performance vehicle buying experience with Maserati and other premium brands offered (Audi, BMW, Mini).
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients, assess their needs, propose suitable solutions, and provide personalized service from the first visit to the close of sale.
- Present technical features, options, financing and leasing programs; coordinate with the financial services and service departments.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and existing clients; conduct regular follow-ups and reminders to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate sales conditions and close transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the showroom’s image and presentation, stay informed about new products and marketing tools; collaborate with technical and administrative teams.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in auto sales; preference for the luxury or performance vehicle industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of financing options and credit processes; proficiency with CRM tools and office software.
- Bilingual French and English preferred; availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license; ability to conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
