Decarie Motors, a passion-driven history for over 70 years, is the only Jaguar and Land Rover dealership on the island of Montreal and the only Aston Martin and Bentley dealer in Eastern Canada. We are seeking a Sales Advisor – new vehicles, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, to help deliver an unmatched customer experience and support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, listen to, and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions for new Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley vehicles.
- Present features, technologies, and options of the models, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate test drives according to customer wishes.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and clients, ensure proactive follow-up, and aim to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Guide customers throughout the sales process, including financing options, insurance, and warranties, ensuring a smooth and professional delivery.
- Collaborate with Service, Financing, and After-Sales teams to ensure a complete and consistent customer experience.
- Keep the customer database and CRM systems up to date, and ensure compliance with internal standards and company policies.
- Adhere to ethics and compliance requirements and represent the brand’s values with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual in French and English (proficiency in both languages is an asset to serve our local and international clientele).
- Strong customer focus, keen presentation skills, and team-working ability.
- Knowledge of automotive financing processes and warranty options is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license; availability to receive appointments and work flexible hours if necessary.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite; knowledge of specific sales management systems is an asset.
- Understanding and interest in the Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley brands and their clientele is desired.
