Saint-Laurent Hyundai, located in Saint-Laurent near Montreal, is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join its dynamic team focused on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year (with commissions and performance-based bonuses)

Job Description As an Experienced Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a smooth and personalized customer experience from the first contact to signing and beyond. You will leverage an in-depth knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and financing options to offer the best solution tailored to the customer's budget and needs. You will collaborate with the finance department and the Service and Parts teams to ensure a comprehensive and satisfying experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their mobility needs and budget
  • Present new Hyundai vehicles and certified pre-owned vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives as necessary
  • Analyze customers’ budgets and propose suitable financing solutions in collaboration with the finance department
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales documents in accordance with company policies
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and develop the customer portfolio
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and procedures
  • Use the CRM to track prospects, ensure follow-ups, and build customer loyalty
  • Work as a team with the after-sales and Parts departments to optimize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (ideally in the automotive sector)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools; automotive financing experience is a plus
  • Bilingual French/English preferred; any additional language is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to work as needed (days, evenings, and weekends if necessary)
  • Team spirit, results-oriented, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
