We are hiring a Sales Advisor for Montreal-East Toyota, located in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Montreal. Join a dynamic team within a renowned network of Tremblay Auto Group, dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience and top-level after-sales service.
Job Description
- Welcome customers in the showroom and assist online clients, understand their needs, and advise on new Toyota vehicles and certified used cars.
- Present features, options, financing plans, and warranties; conduct demonstrations and test drives.
- Develop and manage a client portfolio, achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and sales success.
- Manage leads and follow-ups in the CRM, provide after-sales follow-up, and contribute to customer loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about promotions, products, and industry best practices.
- Maintain the showroom and windows tidy and welcoming; represent the company's image.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in automotive or customer service.
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills; results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment; team spirit.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to work according to dealership hours and peak periods; flexibility.
- Proficiency in computer tools and a CRM; quick learner of products and promotions.
- Fluent in French; English is a plus.
