Welcome to Genesis Saint-Laurent, an iconic Montréal dealership. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our dynamic Saint-Laurent team. You will be at the heart of a premium experience, blending refinement, transparency, and hospitality, and will actively guide customers toward the ideal vehicle and the right financing.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, qualify their needs, and propose personalized solutions
  • Present and compare our new Genesis vehicles, highlighting advantages, finishes, and options
  • Guide customers through the financing process and financing/accessory options, ensuring transparency and compliance
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Promote programs, offers, and services, and follow up to build customer loyalty
  • Maintain an immaculate and up-to-date showroom and vehicle presentations
  • Manage the CRM and follow up with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with after-sales service teams to ensure a smooth and lasting customer experience
  • Actively participate in training and product knowledge updates

Profile sought

  • Requirement: at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in automotive or luxury sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective communication in French; English proficiency is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation, service mindset, and ability to propose personalized solutions
  • Team spirit, collaboration, and adaptability in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proactivity, organization, and results orientation
