Job description:

  • Greet customers at the dealership and assess their needs (new or used vehicles);
  • Advise customers on models, options, promotions, and financing or leasing programs;
  • Conduct and accompany test drives;
  • Present prices, negotiate sales conditions, and close transactions;
  • Prepare and complete the required sales documents;
  • Follow up before, during, and after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with customers (loyalty);
  • Achieve or surpass the monthly sales targets set by management;
  • Update customer records in the CRM and ensure diligent follow-up;
  • Collaborate with the finance, service, and delivery departments;
  • Stay informed about new models, technologies, and manufacturer programs;
  • Comply with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

Systems Used:

  • Serti / Merlin;
  • Vauto;
  • InFord;
  • Carfax.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Ford sales experience;
  • Good team spirit;
  • Autonomy and motivation;
  • Punctuality;
  • Valid driver’s license.
