We are seeking a Motivated and Customer-Oriented Experience Director (Sales Advisor) to join our dynamic team at Genesis Saint-Laurent. You will be at the heart of a premium experience, combining refinement, transparency, and hospitality, actively guiding customers toward the ideal vehicle and suitable financing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers, qualify their needs, and offer personalized solutions
  • Present and compare our new Genesis vehicles, highlighting the benefits, finishes, and options
  • Guide customers through the financing process and financing and accessory options, ensuring transparency and compliance
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Promote programs, offers, and services, and follow up to foster customer loyalty
  • Maintain an impeccable and up-to-date showroom and vehicle presentations
  • Manage the CRM and follow up with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with after-sales teams to ensure a smooth and lasting customer experience
  • Actively participate in product training and updates

Profile Sought

  • Requirement: at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in luxury automotive or hospitality and restaurant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective communication in French and English
  • Strong customer focus, service sense, and ability to propose personalized solutions
  • Team spirit, collaboration, and adaptability in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Valid driver's license; availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented approach
