Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend the most suitable certified used vehicles.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, their features, and performance; coordinate test drives when necessary.
- Explain financing options and current promotions; accompany the customer throughout the purchasing process.
- Negotiate sales conditions professionally and ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and collective goals.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of stock and Hyundai products to advise and respond quickly.
- Manage CRM and follow up with prospects and clients to foster loyalty and repeat sales.
- Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the investment.
Profile
- Passion for sales and the automotive sector; excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and resilient; able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Bilingual French-English is an asset; knowledge of the local market and Hyundai products is appreciated.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 0 years of experience required; comprehensive training and support provided for quick integration. Experience with the existing systems is an advantage!
