Based in Montreal, Quebec, Alix Toyota, a leading Toyota dealer, is seeking a Sales Advisor to strengthen its New Car Department. Type of employment: Full-time. Join a dynamic and professional team and participate in an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers in the showroom and understand their needs in order to propose suitable solutions in new and/or used vehicles.
- Present vehicles, their technical features, options, and advantages; explain financing and after-sales service solutions.
- Define the customer's needs, qualify prospects, and develop relevant business proposals.
- Conduct follow-ups, convert visits into sales, and achieve targets while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
- Manage sales documents, financing procedures, deliveries, and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the service, parts, and financing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Keep the CRM updated, document activities, and report on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferably in the automotive industry; experience in retail sales or customer service is also appreciated).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work as a team.
- Dynamic, professional appearance, and a willingness to achieve goals while respecting quality standards.
- Good knowledge of the sales process and CRM; knowledge of Toyota products and financing solutions is an asset.
- Valid driver's license; availability for flexible hours according to dealer needs.
