Mazda Joliette Inc., a member of the St-Jean Group and located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Quebec, is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor who loves automobiles and customer service, ready to join a dynamic and family-oriented team.

Job Description

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions (new and used cars, warranties, services, and accessories).
  • Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and coordinate test drives.
  • Collaborate with the financing and insurance departments to provide comprehensive and personalized options.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale, build customer loyalty, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Keep the sales area and customer files up to date in the CRM and optimize the in-store experience.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities and local events.

Desired Profile

  • At least 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive field is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, and results-driven.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in French and English is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver’s license; availability according to the established schedule.
