Job Description

We are looking for a new and used car Sales Advisor to join Joliette Subaru, a member of the St-Jean Group, based in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Quebec. Job Description

  • Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend new Subaru vehicles and used vehicles that meet their expectations and budget.
  • Present financing options, warranties, and promotions, and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, calculate payments, and coordinate the steps of the sales process to close transactions.
  • Follow up post-sale, build customer loyalty, and develop the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the financing/insurance and after-sales service teams to optimize the customer experience and services offered.
  • Comply with internal policies, ethical standards, and sales objectives while maintaining exemplary customer service.

Profile

  • Experience: 0 years required (beginners accepted). Training and support available.
  • Interest in automobiles and a strong desire to provide quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in French; active listening, empathy, and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, organization, and quick learning ability.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and sales processes; good problem-solving skills and results orientation.
  • Monday to Friday schedule; availability according to operational needs.
  • Knowledge of or interest in Subaru is a plus.
