Joliette Mitsubishi is growing rapidly and is looking for a motivated and high-performing sales advisor to join its team.

We have just moved into a brand new, modern dealership designed to maximize performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the dealership and analyze their needs.
- Advise customers in choosing a new or used vehicle.
- Conduct test drives.
- Present vehicles, their features, and benefits.
- Prepare sales files and ensure thorough follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with the F&I department.
- Follow up with customers (before, during, and after the sale).
- Develop your clientele and generate sales opportunities.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Experience in auto sales (a significant asset).
- Experience in sales or customer service (essential).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude, results-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
- Autonomy, discipline, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Very competitive compensation structure (salary + commissions + bonuses).
