Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Joliette Volkswagen. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in the customer experience, guiding our clients throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers professionally and enthusiastically, identifying their specific needs.
  • Present our range of Volkswagen vehicles, providing expert advice on the features and benefits of the models.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Negotiate sales conditions and finalize transactions while adhering to company policies.
  • Work closely with the financing team to find solutions tailored to clients.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and collective sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven talent in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Valid driver's license.
