- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills; ability to identify and understand customer needs.
- Team spirit and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sales targets.
- Proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Microsoft Office suite) and quick learning ability for internal systems.
- Fluent in French; functional English is a plus.
- Valid driver's license; availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
