Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a member of Tremblay Auto Group, located in Repentigny, Quebec, is looking to fill the position of Sales Advisor. You will be part of a dynamic team in a modern new dealership where you will have the opportunity to work with the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC brands. Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate offers, close sales, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Guide customers towards financing and warranty options, and coordinate the financing process with the dedicated team.
- Follow up with customers after purchase and develop loyalty relationships.
- Collaborate with the finance, parts, and service teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep the showroom and vehicle displays clean and attractive.
- Comply with company policies and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience; experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer focus, service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to clearly and transparently explain financing options and warranties.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and availability for flexible hours in the automotive sector.
