Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a member of Tremblay Auto Group, is looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions with Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles.
- Present the features, benefits, and options of vehicles; conduct demonstrations and test drives when desired.
- Write and present sales proposals and attractive financial conditions in collaboration with the financing team.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service, follow up, and achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Keep customer information up to date in the CRM system; collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Actively participate in internal training and stay informed about promotions, new products, and incentive programs.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of one year of sales experience required; ideally in the automobile industry or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
