Job Description As a Sales Advisor at St-Constant Honda Desjardins, you will be the primary contact for customers throughout the entire purchasing process. You will contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience by using your product knowledge and service-oriented mindset to advise, guide, and close sales of new and certified Honda vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and assess their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Expertly present new Honda models and certified pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features, options, and advantages.
  • Identify customer needs, propose personalized solutions, and manage demonstrations and test drives.
  • Present financing options, warranties, and services to facilitate the purchasing decision.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize transactions in collaboration with other team members.
  • Follow up on customer files through delivery and ensure quality post-sales service to foster loyalty.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM for follow-up, appointment scheduling, and lead management.
  • Work closely with after-sales service and internal departments to optimize the customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Excellent customer relation skills, active listening, and persuasive communication.
  • Service-oriented attitude, team spirit, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sales tools and CRM; quick learner of Honda’s product range.
  • Fluent in French; English is an advantage depending on the needs of the position.
  • Valid driver’s license and good presentation.
