Job description

We are looking for a passionate Used Vehicle Sales Consultant who loves cars and is eager to join our dynamic team at Saint-Jean Hyundai. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by guiding them through the process of purchasing their used vehicle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and understand their needs regarding used vehicles.
  • Present and explain the features of in-stock vehicles, emphasizing their benefits.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers, guiding them throughout the purchase process.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales while adhering to the company’s policies.
  • Work closely with the financing teams to offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends, as well as available used vehicle models.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.

Required qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in vehicle sales, preferably in the used-vehicle sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for automobiles and solid understanding of the products offered.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and a willingness to exceed expectations.
