Elite Ford St-Jérôme, a leading Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec and member of Groupe Tremblay, is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join its dynamic team.

Job Description As a Sales Advisor, you will embody the customer experience and be on the front line to propose solutions that perfectly meet our clients' needs, whether for new or used Ford vehicles. You will work in collaboration with the service and finance departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying purchase experience, while contributing to achieving team objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, listen to, and qualify clients' needs to offer suitable solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles, highlighting benefits, technologies, and current promotional offers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from A to Z: prospect qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio, ensuring a high conversion rate and lasting loyalty.
  • Collaborate with service, financing, and claims teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets, while respecting company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ford products, manufacturer programs, and promotions, and use CRM tools to track prospects and opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or customer service; automotive experience is a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to quickly build trust.
  • Results-oriented mindset, professional negotiation skills, and closing ability.
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and office software; valid driver's license.
  • Customer service focus, well-groomed appearance, and ability to work according to established processes.
