Elite Ford St-Jérôme, based in Saint-Jérôme and a member of the Tremblay Group, is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Advisor to strengthen our dynamic team.

As a Used Vehicle Sales Advisor, you will be the preferred contact for customers considering the purchase of a used vehicle and will be responsible for guiding them throughout the buying process. You will identify needs, present suitable vehicles, coordinate test drives, and provide personalized support from the sale through completion and beyond.

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome customers professionally, qualify their needs and offer solutions tailored to their preferences and budget.
  • Present available used vehicles, perform demonstrations and organize test drives.
  • Identify financing needs and propose relevant solutions in collaboration with the financing department.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prepare documents and close transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure post-sale follow-up to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the service team to prepare vehicles for sale and ensure their condition and transparency (history, inspection).
  • Maintain accuracy of customer and vehicle data in the CRM and meet sales targets.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum experience: 1 year in used vehicle sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, active listening and customer service skills.
  • Results-oriented, sales-driven mindset and ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of financing processes, warranties and insurance; proficient with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset.
