POTENTIAL SALARY UP TO $150,000 / YEAR (OR MORE) (Highly rewarding commission structure + monthly volume bonuses) We are seeking an experienced, high-performing, results-oriented new vehicle sales representative to fill a key position in our showroom.

Your mission ● Effectively manage and convert sales opportunities (walk-in traffic and internet leads).
● Greet customers, analyze their needs, and present the Mitsubishi vehicle lineup.
● Conduct dynamic test drives to showcase our different Mitsubishi models and their technologies.
● Rigorously follow the dealership's sales process and keep the CRM up to date.
● Work closely with the finance team to optimize each transaction.
● Master and present manufacturer promotions, incentives, and programs (Mitsubishi Canada).

Profile sought ● Minimum of 2 to 3 years of successful automotive sales experience (mandatory).
● Excellent mastery of technological tools and CRM systems.
● Strong negotiation skills, closing ability, and customer service orientation.
● Discipline, thorough follow-ups, and strong team spirit.
● Willingness and flexibility to work according to industry hours (days, evenings, and Saturdays).
● Valid driver’s license.
