Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe, a Mercedes-Benz dealership located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec, is seeking a Sprinter Truck Sales Advisor to meet the growing needs of our professional clientele.

Job Description You will be the primary contact for professional clients, from greeting to closing the sale, and you will manage the entire sales cycle for Sprinter trucks. You will work closely with the service and financing teams to ensure an optimal customer experience and smooth delivery. You will contribute to developing a local customer portfolio and achieving the team’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop a portfolio of professional clients (fleets, carriers, SMEs) and qualify opportunities.
  • Present, demonstrate, and configure Sprinter vehicles; prepare and present quotes, options, and configurations tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales, including financial aspects (financing/leasing) and related services.
  • Support the client throughout the sales process, coordinate deliveries, and ensure post-sale follow-up with service and parts teams.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Sprinter technical features and benefits (payload capacity, engines, safety and connectivity options) and stay informed on product developments.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience and promote cross-sales.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in automotive, utility vehicles, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good presentation, team spirit, organization; ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent French; English is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours as needed by the dealership.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in Sprinter vehicles and commercial mobility solutions.
