Due to its growth and its brand new dealership, Blainville Mitsubishi is seeking a candidate to fill the position of New Vehicle Sales Advisor. We are fortunate to have experienced personnel on site to help newcomers grow and develop within the company. Additionally, our manufacturer Mitsubishi offers training to properly coach our teams. With the new facilities at Blainville Mitsubishi, employees have access to entertainment areas during breaks or after work. We are always pleased to assist employees with their daily challenges when they give their maximum effort for the company.

- Base salary plus commissions. The tasks to be performed are:
- Welcome customers, establish a trust-based relationship, and demonstrate serious commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Clearly identify customer needs to guide them toward the right product;
- Describe optional equipment with ease;
- Offer road tests;
- Explain the terms related to long-term leasing versus financing based on the customer's needs;
- Follow up with customers. Required skills:
- Sense of responsibility and organization;
- Initiative, judgment, and autonomy;
- Priority management, flexibility, and adaptability;
- Professional behavior aligned with the employer's image;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Experience in auto sales, required;
- Valid driver's license;
