Job Description
Ford Ile-Perrot, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join its team!
Ford Ile-Perrot offers:

Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive sales
- Strong leadership skills and team-spirit
- A positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating work environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in both French and English (to serve our English-speaking customers)
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Train, develop, manage, motivate, and ensure the effectiveness of the sales team, in collaboration with the management team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and suppliers
- Assist sales consultants with deal structuring and completion, and support the closing of transactions
- Optimize profitability, cost control, and overall departmental performance
- Analyze sales performance and implement the necessary strategies to achieve objectives
- Ensure the strategic management of the pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles
