We are looking for a new vehicle sales manager who shares these values and vision to support the growth of the department.

Role Description The Sales Manager's mission is to support the department in achieving objectives and customer satisfaction. He/She is responsible for ensuring the consistency of sales practices, supervising the team, and ensuring the implementation of strategies to optimize performance.

Main Responsibilities and Goals

  • Develop sales objectives and action plans in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Stay informed about new developments to lead salesperson training.
  • Supervise the sales team and coach the advisors to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Participate in designing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales results and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Regularly follow up with customers in Activix and prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage vehicle display and ensure their optimal presentation.
  • Perform all related tasks associated with the position.
