Job Description

Ville-Marie Kia, a recognized automobile dealership in Montreal, is seeking a full-time New Vehicle Sales Manager to support the performance and development of its team.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed set objectives;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the dealership’s goals;
  • Ensure effective management of the sales processes, from customer reception to vehicle delivery;
  • Analyze performance indicators, sales results, and profitability, then implement action plans;
  • Coordinate team activities in collaboration with the finance, marketing, and after-sales departments;
  • Actively participate in inventory management and marketing strategies for new vehicles;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, manufacturer standards, and quality standards;
  • Promote a culture focused on performance, engagement, and customer experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, ideally in new vehicles;
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to motivate, supervise, and develop a team;
  • Demonstrated capacity to act as a Desk Manager;
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on performance, essential;
  • Experience within the Kia network is a major asset;
  • Interest in a growing brand supported by a rapidly expanding manufacturer;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills;
  • Strong results orientation and keen business sense;
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions;
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM tools;
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, performance-driven environment;
  • Autonomy, rigor, professionalism, and a strong sense of ethics.
