Acura Montreal Center, proud to have recently joined the Action Grenier Autogroupe group, is undergoing a transformation and beginning a new chapter under dynamic and ambitious new management.
We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Used Car Department. The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the sales department. They plan, lead, and supervise sales activities to meet volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals by implementing rigorous follow-ups with the sales team.
You will also need to maintain customer satisfaction, both in delivery compliance and after-sales service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, oversee, and motivate the sales representatives team;
- Supervise the assistant managers team;
- Oversee T.O. transactions;
- Evaluate exchanges;
- Produce daily reports;
- Ensure follow-up with customers who visited the dealership;
- Maintain existing processes and implement new ones as needed;
- Be responsible for achieving new car sales targets;
- Analyze results and adjust action plans to meet or exceed set objectives;
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, in accordance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures.
- Work closely with the finance, service, and general management departments to ensure smooth operational functioning.**
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Director or Deputy Manager in the automotive field;
- Significant experience in sales management;
- Excellent leadership, management, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Ability to analyze sales department performance;
- Strong results and customer service orientation;
Salary: starting from $120,000/year
