Job Description
Grenier BMW is looking for a sales director passionate about performance, leadership, and high-end customer experience. Your primary mission will be to maximize the performance of the sales department, ensure transaction profitability, and make a real difference on the sales floor. You will be at the heart of operations, supporting the team daily, supervising transactions, and systematically meeting customers during vehicle purchases.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and supervise all transactions (T.O.) • Meet and support customers during the purchase of a new or used vehicle • Approve transactions according to Grenier BMW standards • Rigorously and accurately assess trade-in vehicles • Guide, train, and coach sales representatives • Assist the team in closing sales and optimizing profits • Maximize the profitability of each transaction • Ensure a structured follow-up with customers at the dealership • Achieve and exceed sales goals (new and used) • Actively participate in customer meetings • Collaborate with all departments • Contribute to a positive work environment
REQUIREMENTS • Expertise in closing and negotiation • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales management • Experience with luxury brands (an asset) • Strong customer orientation • Positive leadership • Excellent communication skills • Autonomy and sense of responsibility • Impeccable professional presentation
