Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers according to company standards;
- Detail vehicles and recommend products that meet the needs and expectations of clients;
- Answer questions and reassure customers;
- Conduct test drives;
- Ensure regular and quality follow-ups with clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in auto sales;
- Bilingualism (French – English) both spoken and written at an intermediate-advanced level to serve both English- and French-speaking clients;
- Dynamic and persuasive personality;
- Desire to offer exceptional customer service;
- Valid driver's license.
