Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise clients according to company standards;
- Detail vehicles and recommend products that meet the needs and expectations of customers;
- Answer questions and reassure clients;
- Conduct test drives;
- Ensure regular and quality follow-ups with clients.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in automobile sales (Mandatory)
- Diploma in sales advice (an asset);
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Bilingual in French – English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our significant English-speaking and French-speaking clients
- Dynamic and persuasive;
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service;
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
