Ste-Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, located in Saint-Rémi, Quebec, is seeking a Sales Secretary to support our sales team and ensure an impeccable customer experience.
Job Description Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department and act as a key contact for customers and dealerships.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers and respond to phone calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism.
- Plan and coordinate test drive appointments and meetings with advisors.
- Prepare and process documents related to purchase and financing (quotes, vehicle information sheets, contracts) in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Manage the Sales Department calendar and ensure the administrative follow-up of transactions.
- Collaborate with the Service and Financing departments to ensure a consistent and efficient customer experience.
- Maintain customer records up to date in the CRM and ensure information confidentiality.
- Support salespeople in preparing presentations and demonstrations.
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to the team's objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in secretarial work or a similar role; experience in the automotive sector or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office; CRM experience preferred).
- Organized, thorough, versatile and discreet.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license (if required).
