Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated PartsPro Team Lead to join PartSource in Newmarket. Utilize your automotive parts expertise to drive sales using our parts look-up system and lead the team effectively. You'll manage keyholder responsibilities during management absences, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and sell suitable automotive parts using the PartSource Operating System.
- Communicate product benefits and warranty to customers clearly.
- Participate in recognition programs and provide team performance feedback.
- Delegate tasks and manage store opening/closing duties.
- Coach and train junior staff, ensure audit compliance, inventory control, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Passionate about automobiles with strong parts knowledge.
- Leadership and communication skills with retail supervisory experience (1-3 years).
- Proficient with POS systems and flexible to work various schedules.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and use of safety equipment.
