Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly forecasting and profitability reviews
- Support annual budgeting and refine costing practices
- Analyze inventory, COGS, PPV, and overhead variances
- Inventory analysis and cost rolls
- Capital expenditure assessments
- Lead reporting initiatives and audit support
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation or in progress
- 5+ years financial analysis experience in manufacturing
- Advanced ERP and MS Excel skills (including financial modeling)
- Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
