Lead one or two specific vehicle lines as the primary program chief, managing quality, production, suppliers, costs, and warranty issues. Coordinate and guide engineering teams across plants and suppliers.
What You'll Do
- Own vehicle programs, oversee quality and production
- Manage supplier relations and production challenges
- Lead cross-functional engineers without direct reports
- Drive communication between program teams, engineers, and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years experience in automotive engineering or related roles
- Strong leadership, program/project management skills
- Manufacturing and supplier experience
- BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
