Job description
As a Technical Advisor at Boisvert Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, you will play an essential role in customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our dealership. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical guidance on our vehicles and services, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence in the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical assistance to customers regarding the use and maintenance of their vehicles.
- Diagnose technical problems in collaboration with the service team and propose appropriate solutions.
- Train and inform customers about new technologies and features of our vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Follow up on technical requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles, as well as other brands in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously without neglecting teamwork.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong sense of service.
