Your daily tasks with us
• Open and close work orders
• Offer maintenance recommended by the manufacturer or dealership
• Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Follow up on parts on order
• Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Handle requests related to extended warranty
• Manage multiple computer platforms

• Experience in the automotive field (any type of position)
• A person who is passionate about customer service and human contact
