Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Inform clients of required maintenance and available options.
- Prepare quotes and handle administrative follow-up for requests.
- Monitor the progress of work in the workshop and regularly communicate with customers.
- Provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction (CSI).
- Follow internal procedures and established deadlines.
- Collaborate with the workshop and parts service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Profile
- Customer-focused attitude and passion for human contact.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information and estimates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or in the automotive field.
