Under the responsibility of the service director, the technical advisor plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and our team of mechanics. Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome clients and respond to their inquiries.

  • Process warranty requests with manufacturers.
  • Maintain records and statistics for rigorous follow-up.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to the service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and seamless service.

Desired Profile:

  • High school diploma (a college, professional, or technical training is an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required to interact effectively with our clientele.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and firmly customer-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
  • Proficient in the Office Suite for efficient management of administrative tasks.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
