Main responsibilities:
- Identify the client's needs regarding the maintenance and repair of their vehicle;
- Offer and promote various after-sales services and preventive or maintenance services;
- Provide consultative service to customers;
- Establish a trusting relationship with customers;
- Assess maintenance costs, draft a work order and follow up on it;
- Perform related tasks or tasks requested by the Service Manager.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Possess relevant experience in sales and customer service;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Have tact, possess excellent customer service and be passionate about sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and a neat appearance;
- Ability and willingness to work well in a team;
