Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics and excellent customer service skills. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. The ideal candidate will be customer satisfaction oriented, and a person who works well in a great team atmosphere . Position also includes a monthly performance bonus.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
-Submit warranty approval requested to manufacturer
- Communicate effectively with the service and parts team to ensure timely completion of work
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Looking for an individual with previous experience in a automotive service or dealership setting
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain automotive repair processes
- Experience in cash handling
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients
