Rose Automotive is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated automotive service advisor to join our team.
We are an independent, established, dynamic, locally owned auto repair shop in Kemptville. We pride ourselves on providing quality service, honest communication, and developing long-term relationships with our customers.
As a Service Advisor, you will be an important link between our customers and our technicians. We are seeking someone who offers excellent customer service, communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take ownership of their role.
Previous experience in the automotive field or as a service advisor is an advantage but not mandatory. We are willing to consider the right candidate, equipped with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and discuss their concerns about their vehicle
- Respond to phone calls and schedule service appointments
- Create and manage work orders
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers
- Obtain customer authorization for repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle
- Assist with coordination of parts, technicians, and daily workflow of the shop
- Process customer invoices and payments
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Contribute to maintaining organization and smooth operation of the main counter and daily activities
- Build positive, long-term relationships with our customers
