Job Description

At Longueuil Nissan, we are looking for a Technical Advisor who is passionate about cars and eager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Advisor, you will be the essential point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and addressing their specific needs regarding vehicle maintenance and repair.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and advising customers about their automotive service needs.
  • Analyzing mechanical issues reported by customers and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Clearly explaining the work to be performed and the associated costs to ensure transparency with the customer.
  • Following the customer files throughout their experience with our dealership.
  • Collaborating closely with our technical team to ensure the quality of interventions.
  • Participating in ongoing training on new Nissan models and technologies.

The qualifications required for this position include:

  • A strong interest in the automotive field and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset, but we are also willing to train motivated and enthusiastic candidates.
