Job Description Open and close work orders Prepare appointments for the next day Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet Answer calls and schedule appointments Follow up on ordered parts Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans Handle requests related to extended warranties Manage multiple computer platforms
Requirements Experience in the automotive field (any position) Passion for customer service and ease with the public Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
What we offer Permanent position Schedule of 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) No weekends Uniform provided Stable work environment within a growing company Annual salary between $65,000 and $95,000
