Job description
We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description

Open work orders;
-
Close work orders;
-
Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles;

Take calls and schedule appointments;
-
Follow up on ordered parts;
-
Understand and apply the manufacturer's warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans;

Make requests related to extended warranty;
-
Manage multiple computer platforms;
** Candidates with experience in all types of positions within the automotive industry are welcome. **
Job requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field (any position);
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer a permanent position with a schedule of 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), no weekends.
The company provides work uniforms. Join a stable team within a growing company.
Salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
Job type: Full-time
Compensation: starting from $65,000.00 per year.
