As a Technical Advisor, you will be a key element in delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication between the technical department and the clientele. Your technical expertise, combined with your service mindset, will help strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and advising clients on the technical interventions necessary for their vehicle.
- Working closely with the service team to plan and prioritize the work.
- Ensuring thorough follow-up of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Providing clear and transparent explanations of the work performed and the associated costs.
- Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and diagnostic ability to respond effectively to requests.
The ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a technical advisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills in French, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- A strong customer service mindset and a professional demeanor.
- The ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
