We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team! Job Description
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the courtesy vehicle fleet;
- Handle calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on parts on order;
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Submit requests related to extended warranty;
- Manage multiple computer platforms. Candidates who have worked in all types of positions within the automotive industry are welcome. Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field (any type of position);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoy working with the public). We offer a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday), no weekends. The company provides you with a uniform. Join a stable team within a rapidly growing company. Salary starting from 70k
