Job description
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Advisor at Alex Pneu & Mécanique, a trusted company established for 45 years on the Plateau Mont-Royal. We are looking for a professional passionate about automobiles, with three years of experience in the field, to play a key role within our team. We have 16 service bays, so we need someone capable of delivering results!
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise our customers on their mechanical needs and tire installation.
- Propose tailored solutions based on the diagnostics provided by the mechanics.
- Order the necessary parts for the job (unlike a dealer, our technical advisors handle parts orders).
- Follow up on customer maintenance, tire storage, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Knowledge of the Costar system is a significant asset.
- Team spirit, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for automobiles and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to understand technical issues and interact with customers professionally.
